About

“Change happens through movement and movement heals.”

- Joseph Pilates

Our Philosophy

At the Movement Collective, we feel it’s vital to collaborate with an array of movement experts to create the most comprehensive and tailored plan. As movement specialists, we aim to improve your quality of life through exercise, hands on care and self directed strategies. No two individuals' needs are the same, so, your exercise program shouldn’t be the same either. With 60 min consultations, we help identify your specific goals and areas for improvement.

Our Expertise

Our collaborators include Master GYROTONIC trainers, board certified specialists, and seasoned Principal dancers who have a wealth of experience watching and analyzing complex movers and are ready to provide their insight. These individuals are at the forefront of their fields, yet are in constant pursuit of continuing education. We utilize  evidence based practice and cutting edge techniques to bring you the best results.

Our Commitment to Results

The Movement Collective is committed to helping you reach your goal, whether that’s preparing for a full length ballet, or recovering from having twins. Each treatment plan we create is built to achieve your specific goal. We are devoted to helping you get to the next level.
